Hi guys, today I am going to be talking to you about cleansing. No, I do not mean facial cleansing, lol. I mean spiritual cleansing.

Tip: Staying out of drama and minding your own business really helps with cleansing your mind
Reading your Bible also helps A LOT when it comes to cleansing your body. Having one full day of relaxation also helps. Downloading apps for relaxing and/ or organization helps you stay calm so that you are not always struggling to remember what you have to do next. More self care and love is always a big part of unwinding; it just makes you feel better about yourself. Listening to music is a form of self-care and I personally really enjoy doing this. Try listening to calming music or music that you really enjoy. (#GirlEmpowerment#Feminism#MiddleandHighSchoolmentoring)
Be original and show off your unique style.
Being yourself is a big part of staying cleansed because if you are trying to act like someone else you will feel uncomfortable. All of the famous people who everybody knows nowadays did not get to where they are today by acting like somebody else. That's why if there is a person that you look up to, you shouldn't try to pressure them into do something they don't want to do and you shouldn't try to act like them; just take their advice. After a while, acting like someone else will become stressful. Just like the quote "Be yourself; for everyone else is taken- Oscar Wilde" states, you were meant to be yourself not anyone else.
